1.  We buy out at 40-60% on the dollar.

2. We renovate up to 70 cents on the dollar.

3. We sell at 95-100% on the dollar. 

4. Cost to renovate is 10%. 

 

   The 20% profits are split: 

   10% to the investor and 10% to us.
